Responsibilities
- Coordinate executive schedules, meetings, and corporate communications with precision
- Manage document workflows, including drafting reports and maintaining digital filing systems
- Support departmental projects through data analysis and progress tracking
- Facilitate vendor relationships and procurement processes for office operations
- Implement process improvements to enhance team productivity
- Act as liaison between departments to ensure operational alignment
- Assist with onboarding and training for new corporate initiatives
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Business Administration or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 2+ years of corporate operations or administrative support experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM systems
- Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
