Responsibilities
- Coordinate cross-departmental workflows and client communications for 15+ corporate accounts
- Manage executive calendars and logistics for C-suite meetings across multiple time zones
- Analyze operational metrics and compile executive dashboards using Excel/Power BI
- Lead vendor relationship management and procurement processes for corporate services
- Develop and maintain standardized operating procedures for corporate operations
- Support corporate event planning and logistics for quarterly stakeholder meetings
- Implement process improvements using Lean Six Sigma methodologies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years corporate operations/administrative experience in Fortune 500 environment
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with executive presence
- Proven ability to manage competing priorities in deadline-driven environments
- Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and data visualization tools
- Professional certification (PMP, Six Sigma) highly desirable
