Responsibilities
- Analyze corporate workflows and implement process improvements using Lean Six Sigma methodologies
- Coordinate cross-functional projects and maintain executive-level reporting dashboards
- Manage vendor relationships and contract negotiations for operational services
- Lead digital transformation initiatives including ERP system optimization
- Conduct data analysis to identify cost-saving opportunities and KPI improvements
- Facilitate stakeholder meetings and document operational procedures
- Support compliance initiatives for SOX and GDPR regulations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field
- 3+ years of corporate operations experience in a Fortune 500 environment
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Power Pivot, VLOOKUP) and BI tools
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification or equivalent process improvement experience
- Strong project management skills with PMP or similar certification preferred
