Responsibilities
- Coordinate corporate logistics and vendor management for client projects
- Support executive operations through calendar management and travel coordination
- Analyze operational data to identify efficiency improvements
- Develop and maintain process documentation and SOPs
- Collaborate with finance teams on budget tracking and expense reports
- Manage digital asset repositories and document control systems
- Support cross-departmental initiatives with stakeholder communication
Qualifications
- Associate's degree or equivalent experience in business administration
- 2+ years corporate operations or administrative support experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and G Suite
