- Coordinate cross-departmental communications and executive calendars
- Manage document lifecycle from drafting to archival using SharePoint
- Analyze operational data to identify efficiency improvement opportunities
- Facilitate vendor relationships and contract renewals
- Lead onboarding processes for new corporate hires
- Prepare executive-level reports and Board meeting materials
- Implement and monitor compliance protocols
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Business Administration or related field
- 2+ years corporate operations experience
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Project management certification (PMP or similar) a plus
