Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and monitor project timelines, budgets, and deliverables using Agile methodologies
- Facilitate stakeholder communications and manage client expectations across all project phases
- Lead cross-functional teams of developers, designers, and QA specialists to ensure alignment
- Identify and mitigate project risks while implementing proactive solutions
- Utilize Jira, Asana, and Microsoft Project for task tracking and reporting
- Conduct post-project reviews to document lessons learned and improve processes
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of project management experience with SaaS or tech products
- PMP or CPM certification strongly preferred
- Expertise in Agile/Scrum frameworks and hybrid methodologies
- Proficiency in project management tools and data visualization software
- Exceptional problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with executive stakeholders
