Responsibilities
- Lead project planning, execution, and closure using Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Coordinate 5-7 cross-functional teams across engineering, design, and product domains
- Manage project budgets, timelines, and resource allocation within 15-20hr/week capacity
- Facilitate stakeholder communication and status reporting to executive leadership
- Identify and mitigate project risks while maintaining quality standards
- Implement Jira and Asana for project tracking and workflow optimization
Qualifications
- 5+ years of project management experience with SaaS or tech products
- PMP or CSM certification strongly preferred
- Proven track record delivering projects within budget and deadlines
- Expertise in Agile/Scrum frameworks and project management tools
- Exceptional communication skills for stakeholder management
- Ability to thrive in remote/hybrid work environments
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field
