- Identify and mitigate project risks while maintaining quality standards
- Facilitate stakeholder communication through regular status reports and meetings
- Manage project budgets and track KPIs for continuous improvement
- Implement process optimization strategies to enhance team efficiency
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business, or related field
- 3+ years of project management experience in tech/startup environments
- PMP or CSM certification strongly preferred
- Expertise in Jira, Asana, and Microsoft Project tools
- Proven ability to manage remote teams across multiple time zones
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
