Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project lifecycles using Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Facilitate stakeholder communication and manage expectations across teams
- Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation
- Monitor KPIs and deliverables using Jira/Asana tools
- Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies
- Coordinate with vendors and external partners
- Prepare status reports for executive leadership
- Mentor junior team members on best practices
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field
- 5+ years of project management experience
- PMP or CSM certification required
- Proven expertise in SaaS or tech projects
- Advanced proficiency in MS Project and Jira
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Experience with remote/hybrid team coordination
- Portfolio demonstrating successful complex deliveries
