Qualifications
- 3+ years of project management experience in tech/IT
- PMP or CSM certification preferred
- Expertise in Jira, Asana, or similar PM tools
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Proven experience with remote/hybrid team coordination
- Proficient in project budgeting and resource planning
