Responsibilities
- Lead project lifecycles from initiation to closure using Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Coordinate cross-functional teams (dev, design, QA) to ensure timely deliverables
- Manage project budgets, resources, and risk mitigation strategies
- Facilitate stakeholder communications through status reports and sprint reviews
- Implement Jira/Confluence for task tracking and process optimization
- Drive continuous improvement in project delivery metrics
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation and change logs
Qualifications
- 5+ years of project management experience with 2+ in tech/digital transformation
- PMP or CSM certification strongly preferred
- Expertise in Agile/Scrum frameworks and hybrid methodologies
- Proficiency in MS Project, Jira, Asana, and Confluence
- Proven ability to manage remote/distributed teams effectively
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field
- Portfolio demonstrating successful complex project delivery
