Responsibilities
- Lead sprint planning ceremonies and maintain project roadmaps in Jira/Asana
- Facilitate stakeholder communications across 3+ departments
- Track KPIs and deliverables using real-time dashboards
- Manage project risks with proactive mitigation strategies
- Coordinate vendor contracts and resource allocation
- Conduct post-mortem analyses to improve future iterations
Qualifications
- 5+ years project management experience in tech/IT
- PMP or CSM certification required
- Expertise with agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban)
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Project and Confluence
- Proven budget management for projects >$500K
- Strong data analysis skills with SQL/Tableau
- Excellent remote collaboration capabilities
