Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project lifecycles from initiation to closure using Agile and Waterfall methodologies
- Coordinate cross-functional teams (developers, designers, QA) to ensure seamless execution
- Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies
- Track KPIs, mitigate risks, and provide regular progress reports to stakeholders
- Manage project budgets and ensure cost-effective resource utilization
- Foster client relationships through proactive communication and expectation management
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of project management experience with PMP certification preferred
- Proficiency in JIRA, Asana, and Microsoft Project tools
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Demonstrated experience in remote team coordination
- Strong analytical mindset with data-driven decision-making abilities
