Responsibilities
- Lead project lifecycles from initiation through closure, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives
- Develop detailed project roadmaps with clear milestones, deliverables, and resource allocation
- Facilitate stakeholder communications across engineering, product, and business teams
- Implement Agile/Scrum methodologies to optimize delivery velocity and quality
- Proactively identify and mitigate project risks while maintaining budget controls
- Generate comprehensive project documentation including status reports and post-mortems
- Mentor junior team members on project management best practices
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field
- 5+ years of project management experience with SaaS or tech products
- PMP or Scrum Master certification strongly preferred
- Expert proficiency in Jira, Asana, and Microsoft Project Suite
- Proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget
- Exceptional communication skills with executive stakeholders
- Experience with remote/hybrid team coordination
