- Lead end-to-end project lifecycles from initiation to closure
- Coordinate agile sprints and waterfall methodologies
- Manage stakeholder communications and expectations
- Track KPIs and deliverables using Jira/Asana
- Facilitate risk mitigation and resource allocation
- Conduct post-project reviews and process improvements
Qualifications
- 3+ years in project management (PMP/Scrum certified preferred)
- Proven experience with remote/hybrid team coordination
- Expertise in MS Project, Trello, and Smartsheet
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work 20-25 hours weekly with flexible scheduling
