Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project lifecycles using Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Coordinate cross-functional teams (dev, design, marketing) to ensure timely delivery
- Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies
- Monitor KPIs and implement risk mitigation protocols
- Facilitate stakeholder communications through regular status reports
- Optimize workflows using Jira, Asana, and Microsoft Project
- Conduct post-project reviews and implement continuous improvement
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business, or related field
- 3+ years of project management experience in tech/IT
- PMP or CPM certification strongly preferred
- Expertise in Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Proven ability to manage remote teams and stakeholders
- Advanced proficiency in project management software
- Detroit metro area residency required
