Responsibilities
- Oversee the planning, execution, and closing of projects within the supply chain division.
- Develop and manage detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are met efficiently.
- Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies to keep projects on track.
- Communicate project status, updates, and challenges to stakeholders and senior management.
- Utilize project management tools (Jira, Asana, or Trello) to track progress and documentation.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years of project management experience, preferably in logistics, operations, or IT.
- Experience with Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall methodologies is highly preferred.
- Strong proficiency in project management software (e.g., Jira, MS Project, Smartsheet).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet strict deadlines.
- PMP certification is a plus but not required.
- Must reside in or be willing to commute to El Paso, TX.
