Responsibilities
- Develop and execute project roadmaps with clear milestones and deliverables
- Coordinate cross-functional teams across tech, marketing, and operations departments
- Implement Agile/Scrum methodologies to ensure iterative progress and quality delivery
- Manage project budgets, resources, and risk mitigation strategies
- Facilitate stakeholder communications and status reporting through Jira/Confluence
- Drive process improvements and optimize project lifecycle efficiency
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and organizational policies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of project management experience with remote/hybrid teams
- PMP or Scrum Master certification strongly preferred
- Expert proficiency in project management tools (Asana, Jira, Trello)
- Exceptional communication skills with executive stakeholders
- Proven ability to manage competing priorities in fast-paced environments
- Experience with budget forecasting and resource allocation
- Knowledge of SDLC and QA methodologies
