Responsibilities
- Assist Project Planning: Support the Senior Project Manager in developing project schedules, timelines, and resource allocation plans.
- Team Coordination: Facilitate communication between cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are met on time.
- Progress Tracking: Monitor project progress using project management tools and report updates to stakeholders.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate project documentation, including meeting notes, status reports, and risk logs.
- Stakeholder Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external clients, ensuring satisfaction and clarity.
- Process Improvement: Identify bottlenecks in current workflows and suggest improvements to increase efficiency.
Qualifications
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Organizational Skills: Exceptional ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly.
- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and project management software (e.g., Asana, Trello, Monday.com).
