Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project lifecycles from conception to delivery, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Manage cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and stakeholders, fostering a collaborative culture.
- Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies to meet critical milestones.
- Identify and mitigate project risks, proactively resolving issues to keep projects on track.
- Communicate project status, progress, and blockers to executive leadership and clients effectively.
- Implement and enforce Agile/Scrum methodologies to optimize team efficiency and product quality.
- Conduct post-project reviews and retrospectives to drive continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Project Management within the Software/IT industry.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
- PMP, CAPM, or PRINCE2 certification is strongly preferred.
- Deep understanding of Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to translate technical jargon for non-technical stakeholders.
- Proficiency in project management software (Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Project, or Asana).
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
