Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project lifecycle management for federal technology initiatives
- Coordinate 15+ cross-functional teams across development, security, and compliance domains
- Implement Agile/Scrum methodologies with daily stand-ups and sprint reviews
- Manage $2M+ project budgets with real-time financial reporting
- Develop detailed project plans using JIRA and MS Project
- Conduct risk assessments and mitigation strategies for compliance-critical deliverables
- Present executive-level status reports to agency stakeholders
- Ensure adherence to FedRAMP and NIST standards
Qualifications
- 5+ years in project management with federal government experience
- PMP or CSM certification required
- Proven track record managing $1M+ IT infrastructure projects
- Expertise in Agile/Scrum methodologies and JIRA administration
- Familiarity with federal procurement processes (FAR/DFARS)
- Advanced skills in MS Project and stakeholder management
- Ability to obtain Public Trust clearance
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
