Responsibilities

- Coordinate Agile/Scrum methodologies with 8-12 member technical teams
- Manage stakeholder communications across C-suite and vendor partners
- Develop project roadmaps with resource allocation and risk mitigation
- Track KPIs using Jira/Asana and deliver executive-level status reports
- Optimize project budgets with $500K+ annual spend responsibility
- Implement process improvements for 15%+ efficiency gains
Qualifications
- 5+ years IT project management experience with enterprise-scale projects
- PMP or CPM certification mandatory
- Proven track record delivering cloud migration projects
- Expertise in MS Project, Jira, and Smartsheet
- Experience managing hybrid teams (onsite/remote)
- Strong financial acumen with P&L oversight
