Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project lifecycles from initiation to closure using Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Coordinate cross-functional teams (dev, design, QA) to ensure timely delivery of milestones
- Manage project budgets, resources, and risk mitigation strategies
- Facilitate stakeholder communications through regular status reports and meetings
- Implement JIRA/Asana for task tracking and progress monitoring
- Drive continuous improvement processes through retrospectives and documentation
- Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 and SOC 2 standards
Qualifications
- 5+ years of project management experience in software development
- PMP or CSM certification required
- Proven success managing Agile/Scrum projects with 10+ team members
- Expertise in JIRA, Asana, and Microsoft Project tools
- Strong analytical skills with budget management experience
- Exceptional stakeholder management and presentation abilities
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field
- Austin-based candidates preferred for on-site collaboration
