Responsibilities
- Lead full project lifecycle management including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of milestones
- Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies
- Identify and mitigate project risks while maintaining stakeholder communication
- Monitor budget adherence and report on project KPIs to leadership
- Facilitate agile ceremonies and implement continuous improvement processes

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of project management experience with PMP/Scrum certification
