Key Responsibilities:
- Lead cross-functional teams to deliver complex projects on time, within scope, and on budget.
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders and senior management.
- Facilitate Agile/Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Monitor project progress and communicate risks or issues to the leadership team proactively.
- Manage resources effectively to ensure optimal team performance and utilization.
- Implement and maintain project management methodologies and best practices.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in project management or a related field.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering projects in a fast-paced environment.
- PMP, CAPM, or equivalent certification is highly preferred.
- Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, Asana, or Microsoft Project.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
