In this high-visibility role, you will be the bridge between our technical teams and executive stakeholders, ensuring that every project is delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
What You Will Do:
• Lead Cross-Functional Teams: Mentor project leads and coordinate efforts between engineering, design, and sales departments.
• Project Lifecycle Management: Own the full project lifecycle, including scope definition, resource allocation, and final delivery.
• Stakeholder Communication: Provide clear, concise updates to clients and executives, managing expectations effectively.
• Risk Mitigation: Proactively identify potential roadblocks and implement strategies to keep projects on track.
• Process Improvement: Identify bottlenecks in current workflows and implement Agile/Scrum methodologies to enhance efficiency.

Responsibilities
- Manage the full project lifecycle from initiation to closure, ensuring all deliverables meet quality standards.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, budgets, and timelines, and monitor progress to ensure milestones are met.
- Lead and motivate cross-functional teams, fostering a culture of accountability and collaboration.
- Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders at all levels with clarity and precision.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and dependencies to prevent delays.
- Facilitate sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives using Agile methodologies.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and client requirements.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management within the IT or Technology sector.
- PMP, CAPM, or PgMP certification is highly preferred.
- Proven expertise in Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall project management methodologies.
- Strong proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, MS Project, and Asana.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions under pressure.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to translate technical jargon for non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience managing remote and hybrid teams.
