Responsibilities
- Lead weekend project execution from initiation to closure, ensuring alignment with business objectives
- Coordinate cross-functional teams (developers, designers, QA) during weekend sprints
- Monitor project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation using JIRA and Asana
- Facilitate daily stand-ups and retrospectives to maintain momentum
- Document project deliverables, risks, and mitigation strategies
- Stakeholder communication via weekly progress reports and ad-hoc updates
- Implement Agile methodologies to optimize weekend workflow efficiency
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field
- 5+ years of project management experience, including weekend shift work
- PMP or CSM certification strongly preferred
- Expertise in Agile/Scrum methodologies and project management tools
- Proven track record of delivering complex IT projects on time and within budget
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to thrive in flexible schedules with weekend availability (Sat-Sun)
- Experience with remote team coordination preferred
