Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and monitor project timelines, budgets, and deliverables across weekend shifts
- Lead Agile/Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives
- Coordinate with stakeholders across departments to align project objectives
- Identify and mitigate project risks while ensuring quality standards
- Facilitate communication between remote and onsite team members
- Utilize Jira, Asana, and Microsoft Project for task tracking and reporting
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation and post-implementation reviews
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 3+ years of project management experience with weekend shift exposure
- PMP or CSM certification required
- Proven expertise in Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience managing remote teams and virtual collaboration
- Strong analytical abilities with data-driven decision-making
- Proficiency in project management software (Jira, Asana, MS Project)
