Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project execution during weekend shifts, ensuring timely delivery of milestones and deliverables
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including developers, designers, and stakeholders across weekend schedules
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, budgets, and resource allocation strategies
- Implement Agile/Scrum methodologies to optimize weekend sprint cycles and retrospectives
- Proactively identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring continuity with weekday operations
- Facilitate weekend stakeholder communications and status reporting
- Maintain quality assurance standards through weekend testing and validation protocols
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of project management experience with weekend shift or non-traditional schedule background
- PMP or CSM certification strongly preferred
- Proven expertise in Jira, MS Project, and Asana for weekend workflow management
- Exceptional conflict resolution and leadership abilities for weekend team dynamics
- Experience managing IT infrastructure or software development projects
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making capabilities
- Ability to work independently with minimal weekday supervision
