Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project lifecycles using Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Coordinate cross-functional teams across engineering, design, and product departments
- Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies
- Monitor KPIs and deliverables, implementing corrective actions as needed
- Facilitate stakeholder communication through daily standups and weekly reviews
- Manage project budgets, risks, and quality assurance processes
- Document project artifacts and maintain comprehensive reporting systems
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business, or related field
- 5+ years of project management experience with weekend shift exposure
- PMP or CPM certification strongly preferred
- Expertise in Jira, Asana, or similar project management platforms
- Proven success in managing remote/hybrid team structures
- Advanced analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Experience in tech or SaaS industry required
