Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project lifecycles for enterprise software implementations using Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Coordinate cross-functional teams across development, QA, and client stakeholders during weekend shifts
- Develop detailed project plans, resource allocation, and risk mitigation strategies
- Monitor project KPIs and deliverables, ensuring alignment with business objectives
- Facilitate weekend sprint planning, retrospectives, and stakeholder communications
- Manage project budgets and vendor relationships for weekend deliverables
- Implement continuous improvement processes for weekend project workflows
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of project management experience with 2+ years in weekend or rotational shift environments
- PMP or CPM certification required; Agile/Scrum Master certification a plus
- Proven track record managing complex IT projects with budgets exceeding $500K
- Expertise in Jira, Asana, and Microsoft Project Suite
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to lead remote teams across time zones
- Strong analytical skills for data-driven decision making during weekend operations
- Experience with enterprise software development lifecycle methodologies
