- Coordinate resources across departments during weekend shifts

- Facilitate stakeholder communication through weekend status updates
- Implement Agile methodologies to optimize weekend workflow efficiency
- Manage weekend project budgets and resource allocation
- Conduct post-weekend project reviews and continuous improvement analysis
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field
- 3+ years project management experience with weekend shift exposure
- PMP or CSM certification strongly preferred
- Expertise in Microsoft Project, JIRA, and Asana
- Proven ability to lead virtual teams across time zones
- Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Strong weekend availability (Saturday/Sunday 6AM-2PM)
- Experience with budget management and resource optimization
