Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and monitor weekend project deliverables using Agile methodologies
- Lead cross-functional teams across development, QA, and infrastructure departments
- Manage project budgets, timelines, and resource allocation for weekend deployments
- Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies for weekend operations
- Facilitate stakeholder communications through weekend status reports and sprint reviews
- Ensure compliance with ISO 27001 security protocols during weekend work cycles

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- 5+ years of project management experience with weekend shift exposure
