You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions for our Fortune 500 clients, leveraging agile methodologies to ensure seamless execution.
Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and monitor project timelines, budgets, and deliverables during weekend shifts
- Coordinate resources across departments to ensure weekend milestones are met
- Facilitate agile ceremonies (sprints, retrospectives) for weekend project teams
- Identify and mitigate project risks with proactive weekend contingency planning
- Lead stakeholder communications through weekend status updates and change management
- Maintain detailed project documentation in our Jira/Confluence systems
- Mentor junior team members during weekend work sessions
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business, or related field
- 5+ years of project management experience with weekend shift or flexible scheduling
- PMP or CPM certification strongly preferred
- Proven expertise in agile/scrum methodologies and Jira/Asana tools
- Exceptional communication skills for cross-functional weekend collaboration
- Track record of delivering complex projects on budget and schedule
- Experience with risk management and weekend contingency planning
- Ability to work independently and make decisions during off-peak hours
