Responsibilities
- Lead and manage end-to-end project lifecycles, ensuring all deliverables meet quality standards and are completed on time.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align on goals, allocate resources efficiently, and resolve any operational blockers.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including scope, timelines, budget tracking, and risk management strategies.
- Facilitate regular status meetings and provide clear, concise updates to senior leadership and stakeholders.
- Conduct performance reviews and mentor team members to foster professional growth and development.
- Identify potential risks early and implement proactive mitigation strategies to ensure project continuity.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Project Manager (3+ years) with a focus on operational management or IT projects.
- PMP, CAPM, or PRINCE2 certification is highly preferred.
- Strong proficiency in project management software such as Jira, Asana, Monday.com, or Microsoft Project.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present complex data to diverse audiences.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
- Must be available to work the required weekend shift (e.g., Saturday & Sunday) as part of the standard employment schedule.
