Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project delivery using Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Manage stakeholder communication and expectations across technical and non-technical teams
- Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies
- Identify and mitigate project risks while maintaining budgetary constraints
- Facilitate sprint planning, retrospectives, and daily stand-ups
- Implement Jira/Confluence for project tracking and documentation
- Drive continuous improvement processes through post-project reviews
Qualifications
- 5+ years of project management experience in tech or software development
- PMP or CSM certification strongly preferred
- Proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and budget
- Expertise in Agile/Scrum frameworks and project management tools
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience with remote team coordination and virtual collaboration tools
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field
