Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the full project lifecycle, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget constraints.
- Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives using Agile and Scrum methodologies.
- Communicate complex project status, risks, and blockers to executive stakeholders clearly and concisely.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Engineering, Design, Marketing) to define project requirements and technical specifications.
- Implement risk management strategies to mitigate potential project failures before they occur.
- Mentor junior project managers and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Project Manager or Program Manager in the Technology or SaaS industry (3+ years).
- Strong proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, Asana, Trello, and MS Project.
- PMP, CAPM, or PSM certification is highly preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present to diverse audiences.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, agile environment is required.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent projects with competing priorities.
