Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough stakeholder interviews and requirements gathering to define business needs.
- Design and maintain complex data models to support decision-making processes.
- Translate technical requirements into functional specifications for development teams.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare detailed performance reports.
- Identify process inefficiencies and propose innovative solutions for optimization.
- Lead workshops and training sessions to ensure stakeholder alignment.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in business analysis, preferably within the corporate sector in Pennsylvania or the Northeast region.
- Proven proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL, Tableau, or Power BI.
- Strong understanding of software development life cycles (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present complex data to executive leadership.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related technical field.
- Experience with process mapping tools (e.g., Visio, Lucidchart) is highly preferred.
