Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive requirements analysis to define project scope and objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and document detailed business requirements.
- Translate complex technical concepts into clear business requirements for technical teams.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings with stakeholders to ensure alignment.
- Develop and maintain detailed Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) and Functional Specifications.
- Monitor project progress and identify potential risks or bottlenecks.
- Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and ensure successful system implementation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Systems, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in a corporate environment.
- Proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, PowerBI).
- Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and SDLC.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present to executive leadership.
- Experience in the technology or manufacturing sector is highly preferred.
