What You'll Do:
• Translate complex business requirements into clear technical specifications
• Conduct stakeholder interviews and workshops across departments
• Design and document business processes, workflows, and data models
• Perform data analysis to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
• Collaborate with agile development teams to ensure solution alignment
• Present findings to executive leadership through compelling visualizations
Responsibilities
- Define and document business requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria
- Analyze financial data and market trends to inform strategic decisions
- Create process maps, flowcharts, and data models using tools like Visio and Lucidchart
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on project goals
- Develop KPIs and metrics to measure solution effectiveness
- Lead user acceptance testing (UAT) and validate solution outcomes
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years of business analysis experience in fintech or SaaS
- Expertise in Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and JIRA
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Certification (CBAP, PMI-PBA, or equivalent) preferred
- Demonstrated success in stakeholder management and conflict resolution
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
