Responsibilities
- Translate complex business requirements into actionable technical specifications for development teams
- Analyze large datasets using SQL, Excel, and BI tools to identify trends and opportunities
- Lead stakeholder workshops across departments to align project deliverables with business goals
- Develop detailed process flows, user stories, and acceptance criteria for Agile sprints
- Conduct cost-benefit analysis and ROI projections for strategic initiatives
- Create executive dashboards and KPI reports to track performance metrics
- Collaborate with UX designers to optimize user experiences and system interfaces
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in tech or finance sectors
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Excel, and at least one BI tool (Tableau/Power BI)
- Proven experience with Agile methodologies and JIRA/Confluence
- Strong stakeholder management and presentation skills
- Certification in CBAP, PMP, or related business analysis credential
- Demonstrated success in requirements gathering and process improvement
- Experience with data modeling and ETL processes
