Responsibilities
- Translate complex business requirements into actionable technical specifications
- Conduct stakeholder interviews and process mapping sessions
- Develop detailed user stories and acceptance criteria
- Analyze data trends using SQL and Tableau to identify growth opportunities
- Lead cross-functional Agile ceremonies (sprints, retrospectives)
- Create comprehensive test cases and validate system functionality
- Document business processes and maintain requirements traceability
Qualifications
- 5+ years of business analysis experience in SaaS or fintech
- Proficiency in SQL, JIRA, and process modeling tools
- Certified Business Analyst (CBAP) or equivalent preferred
- Expertise in Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Strong financial acumen with experience in payment systems
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience with API integration documentation
