Responsibilities
- Analyze complex business processes to identify inefficiencies and propose data-driven solutions
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops to elicit requirements and document business needs
- Develop detailed functional specifications and process flows using UML diagrams
- Lead user acceptance testing and coordinate QA efforts for new initiatives
- Create executive dashboards and KPI reports to track business performance
- Manage project timelines and deliverables using Agile methodologies
- Mentor junior analysts and promote best practices across the organization
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in business analysis within fintech or SaaS
- Expertise in SQL, JIRA, and process modeling tools (e.g., Lucidchart)
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
- Certification in CBAP, PMI-PBA, or equivalent
- Proven track record of delivering successful projects in regulated industries
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to present to executive leadership
- Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce) and API integrations
