Responsibilities
- Analyze complex business processes and identify improvement opportunities using data-driven methodologies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements, document specifications, and implement solutions
- Create detailed reports, dashboards, and visualizations using SQL and BI tools to support decision-making
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops and translate business needs into technical requirements
- Validate system changes through UAT and ensure alignment with organizational goals
- Develop KPIs and performance metrics to track business outcomes
- Maintain comprehensive documentation for processes and systems
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Data Science, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in business analysis or similar role with proven track record
- Expert proficiency in SQL, data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI), and process mapping
- Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and requirement documentation standards
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Certification (CBAP, PMI-PBA, or equivalent) highly desirable
- Experience in financial services, healthcare, or logistics industries preferred
