Responsibilities
- Conduct stakeholder interviews and workshops to elicit comprehensive business requirements
- Develop detailed process flows, data models, and user stories using JIRA and Confluence
- Perform gap analysis between current systems and strategic business objectives
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation including BRDs, UAT plans, and test cases
- Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure technical solutions align with business needs
- Lead cross-functional Agile ceremonies and drive continuous improvement initiatives
- Analyze KPIs and metrics to identify optimization opportunities
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in fintech or SaaS
- Expertise in Agile/Scrum methodologies and JIRA/Confluence tools
- Strong SQL skills and data visualization experience (Tableau/Power BI)
- Certification in CBAP, PMI-PBA, or equivalent
- Proven track record of delivering complex projects on deadline
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience with financial systems and compliance regulations
