Responsibilities
- Translate business requirements into detailed technical specifications and user stories
- Conduct stakeholder interviews and workshops to gather requirements across departments
- Analyze complex datasets using SQL and BI tools to identify process improvement opportunities
- Develop and maintain process flows, data models, and documentation
- Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure solution alignment with business objectives
- Present findings to executive stakeholders through compelling visualizations and reports
- Lead cross-functional Agile ceremonies to ensure project milestones are met
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in technology or consulting
- Proficiency in SQL, data modeling, and visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and JIRA
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex concepts
- Certification (CBAP, PMI-PBA, or PMP) preferred
- Proven track record of driving successful digital transformation projects
