Responsibilities
- Analyze complex business processes and identify improvement opportunities using data-driven methodologies
- Translate stakeholder requirements into detailed user stories and technical specifications
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement data visualization solutions using Tableau and Power BI
- Lead requirements gathering sessions and maintain comprehensive documentation
- Conduct gap analysis and propose process optimization strategies
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies and sprint planning ceremonies
- Develop KPI dashboards and performance metrics for executive stakeholders
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in financial services or healthcare
- Advanced proficiency in SQL, JIRA, and Confluence
- Certification in CBAP, PMI-PBA, or equivalent
- Expertise in data modeling techniques and ETL processes
- Proven experience with process mapping tools (Visio, Lucidchart)
- Strong stakeholder management and presentation skills
- Familiarity with regulatory frameworks (SOX, HIPAA)
