Responsibilities
- Analyze complex business processes to identify inefficiencies and recommend data-driven solutions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications
- Develop detailed process flows, user stories, and acceptance criteria for agile development
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation including BRDs, UML diagrams, and data models
- Leverage SQL and Tableau to extract, visualize, and interpret key performance metrics
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops to align on project objectives and success criteria
- Conduct cost-benefit analyses and ROI projections for proposed initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Data Science, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in business analysis with SaaS or fintech exposure
- Expert proficiency in SQL, data modeling, and visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Certification in CBAP, CCBA, or Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Proven track record of documenting complex requirements for enterprise applications
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Experience with Jira, Confluence, and agile development lifecycles
- Strong communication skills with ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
