Responsibilities
- Analyze complex business processes and identify improvement opportunities
- Create detailed requirements documentation and user stories
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope and objectives
- Develop data models and visualizations using SQL and Tableau
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops and present findings to executive leadership
- Manage Jira backlogs and prioritize features based on business impact
- Ensure project deliverables align with organizational goals
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of business analysis experience in tech or healthcare
- Proficiency in SQL, data modeling, and visualization tools
- Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Certification (CBAP, PMP, or PMI-PBA) a plus
- Experience with process mapping and workflow optimization
- Ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences
