Responsibilities
- Analyze complex business processes and translate requirements into technical specifications
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define KPIs and success metrics
- Create detailed user stories, process flows, and wireframes
- Leverage SQL and Tableau to generate actionable insights from datasets
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies and sprint planning sessions
- Document requirements with clear, testable acceptance criteria
- Conduct root cause analysis and propose process improvements
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of business analysis experience in SaaS or fintech
- Expert proficiency in SQL, JIRA, and data visualization tools
- Certified Business Analyst (CBAP) or Agile certification (PMI-ACP)
- Strong experience with requirement gathering and stakeholder management
- Proven track record of delivering complex projects on time
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
